We were guests in the hotel for years, but this year the coffee saucers and tellers were dirty at breakfast every day. the staff for the pool service was not fr... read more We were guests in the hotel for years, but this year the coffee saucers and tellers were dirty at breakfast every day. the staff for the pool service was not friendly, aperol splash too watery, room service eating was totally cold.And we got from the owner of the cervosa hotel nowhere, as our hotel did not fit us in the suburbs. how are so disappointed how to deal with customers who were in the suburbs for years.Only because you can't misunderstand any criticism!
