The Four Seasons At Swinfen Hall

This will be short. Simply amazing food, the quality, effort in preparation and presentation is above and beyond expectations. The service is impeccable from the moment you arrive until you take your final bite. The rooms are superbly renovated, the ambience is perfect. And the...staff are not only friendly, funny, diligent, but are also knowledgeable in the history of the hall. So good....this was our second visit for dinner.

Evening meal here was a treat, with a 3 course meal plus tasters between courses, and a matching wine flight. Good range of choices on both menus, beautifully presented, and tasted as good or better than expected. The service was discrete but friendly, with a...simple but knowledgeable description of the food and matching wines.

We had the Tasting menu and it was wonderful. the amuse bouche was tasty in perfect bake and set the standard for the next 6 courses. everyone was well presented and had different tasted glasses. high quality fresh taste. although a tasting menu more than enough for...us. the staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. the ambiente is elegant with decor that corresponds to the hall of the 17th century. good value.

Visited to dinner on the second evening of the opening post covid 19. usual friendly service that is de rigeur at swinfen. Thanks for helping us celebrate 50 years ago today.

Place was clean, but there were dinges that were not put to place and place as we arrived there, so the staff has to sort it what they did immediately, the eating buffet was bad for the price they pay for it would not be my choice.
