A Star of Staffordshire, the attention to detail in this place is floorless. I love everything about this place from the decor to the music (or recipe narration playing in the restrooms! the open kitchen, as calm and collected as any with a Star above their door. The menu is simple to understand, offers good value and is full of treats along the way Superb ingredients, treated with care and celebrated for their simplicity. Service was exceptional, a young team who know and seem to love what they do.. a really impressive culture Liam has built here. Me and my friend visited the boat last night for a treat .well all I can say is wow ! .absolutely amazing food the flavours and presentation perfect .The staff explained each dish as it was served to us ,the service they gave was second to none .thank you for a really memorable night.would recommend everyone to visit
