Nice typical restaurant, clean and well-kept. Pleasant atmosphere, unobtrusive service. We were at Easter, we ate well, but I think the price is high. Regardless, the attention to detail was lacking a bit. Example for all, only one type of bitter available. Sin. Mr. Tindaro's hospitality and experience are exceptional. the kitchen is really high level with high quality dishes and well presented. also well is the wine card recommended by Mr. Tindaro. beautiful atmosphere in the room. from starters to dessert is a succession of pleasant sensations. Finally, do not underestimate the excellent value for money. We'll be back soon. we recommend it to everyone.
Recommended by a local friend we decided to try this restaurant. The location is very nice as the put en place of the tables. A waiter full of enthusiasm explains the dishes and addresses us on what to order. The expectation gets high and we look forward to trying the dishes. We are served the antipaths, a taste of more or less typical products of the resort. to here everything well: some things better than others but in the whole an excellent appetizer. Here comes the first: half-manic in pepper sauce and stracciatella and pici with bacon, pachino and pine nuts. That's the problem. the pasta were both very but very hot. The half-manics were so shrewd that there was no need to even taste it to understand it and it is a shame because both condiments were good. Moreover, a commensale ordered a trinca to the blood that was brought so hard and hard that it was imaginable and was sent back. However, even the second attempt did not go well as, although less cooked before it did not even approach an average cooking. Initially we were tempted to try, after the first, a steak suggested by the staff of the restaurant but given the previous results with meat we did not feel it. On the contrary, the ordered desserts were all very good. The expectations were high and unfortunately are not taste repaid. a real sin because it would be enough little seen the quality of the products. When we noted that the cooking of pasta was really too long we felt that we should have warned that we wanted pasta al dente, but here it is not about wanting it to the tooth, it is simply not to shake it in this way because it is unthinkable for a restaurant in Italy to serve pasta in this way. In response to the owner, I have provided to edit filetto with trinca as suggested by her. about his claim of falsehood in my review I'm scared but I disagree. the meat was remade but the result was similar. We told her she was hot when she asked us, we couldn't feel like making seven courses. the review is related to our experience that truthful, difact arrived the first really broken dishes and the meat really cut too hard. However, I have not had to say about his availability, which I think is more than adequate. for this I think it is a shame that our experience is the one described in when I think your restaurant has potential. Years ago I had an experience not entirely positive, but since last year hi had to rebelieve me and in particular this summer I found everything sublime: welcome by Mr. Tindaro and Lady, service, attention and then all the excellent food of quality and well cooked. I'll put it in 1st place in non-fishing restaurants. Good.
