The chestnut velouté, the sea bream fillet with its Thai-style sauce... a culinary fantasy... and the dessert, we would have licked our plates clean. Brief !! Thanks to all the team! Thank you Chef ! The Château Lucas wine was perfect to accompany: The starter of semi-cooked foie gras terrine was simply exquisite, followed by a tasty duck breast accompanied by a delicious blackcurrant sauce. Finally, the chocolate dessert was very good, a perfect conclusion to this exceptional meal. Highly recommended for a memorable experience!
