I absolutely love this place, but I've experienced a problem during 4 of my last 5 visits to the Chipotle in Libertyville: they had no vegetables ready, and I had to wait for 3 to 5 minutes. I believe this indicates poor management of the fast food line. There's nothing more frustrating than standing in line only to have to wait an extra 5 minutes for the very thing you enjoy most on your food! View all feedback.
What Edgar Palma doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Avocado was clearly not good anymore. Both burrito bowls we got tasted weird. We thought it was us. Surprise when I tried to eat the guacamole and chips we also got 2 avocado pits and chunks of the peel were in the guacamole!!! Also dark mushy mystery pieces mixed in. Food gave me the runs. I did let them know through their “feedback” survey so let’s see if anyone actually reads those! View all feedback.
Saul and his late night employee are fantastic. Every single one of them had a smile on their face 9:30pm close to closing time. I'm very happy with the level of service from this Chipotle in Libertyville!
I walked into chipotle yesterday and the app said it wasnt ready and i went in at it was and then i got food poisoning and was uo all night and still have abdominal pain
I see lots of folks with 1 and 2 stars, but this chipotle is Much much much better than the one on Townline Rd. My order was correct, and I didn’t require a microscope to see the meat. I was pleased.
It’s either a hit or a miss. Rice is undercooked sometimes. It’s always new staff every month it seems like too.
Horrible experience. The manager who is always in around lunch time is constantly in a bad mood and reprimands people for not doing anything. Overall makes the experience much worse, thanks a lot manager.
