I've been to alot of countries and alot of states and can say, Lee's in Berea, Lancaster and Danville, Ky make the best chicken I've ever had. They completely shame all the larger and better known places. The chicken is always fresh and tender with crunchy batter. They also offer spicy chicken, my favorite, along with the cole slaw and potato wedges. The staff are always friendly and helpful even with special request... View all feedback.
What Robert H Pittman doesn't like about Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken:
The music was lame and to loud, but the healthy young staff was nice. Wheelchair accessibility: They need to make the rear side of the restaurant more easily accessible for handicapped guests to dine-in. And offer a few more options for dessert to choose from besides the frozen and microwaved apple turnover. Lol View all feedback.
Food was fresh, service was just that. Definitely a nice Lee's.
This place used to be great! The food and service was stellar. However within the last couple of months the quality of the food and the service has declined greatly. The corn on the cob used to have butter dripping out of the sleeve, now it is dry. The chicken used to be fresh and moist and now it is not. And the service was outstanding, but now you rarely get a thank you. I only hope the owner reads this.

My wife and I don't like the cost or taste of most fast food but Lee's has nice folks, reasonable prices makes a great bird.
Able to feed more than a dozen people for $80. Seems like a good deal and more popular choice than pizza in our crowd.
