Wake Up Call Liberty Lake

Went inside to get a coffee. Took about 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the baristas and once our orders were taken another 10 minutes to get our coffee. Definitely need more staff at this location and need to fill the orders for people not in drive through. The baristas were purposely focusing on drive through orders and not our order. Including several people ordering and getting their coffees after us.

Went there today and wanted to sit inside. We had to wait a bit for someone to help us the people working there were more interested in helping the drive up windows. We ordered 4 lattes 2 of them were wrong. 3 breakfast sandwiches 1 of them was wrong. I didn't realize until I was halfway home I didn't get the muffin I paid for. It's also very loud in the place. I felt it was somewhat expensive as well. We will not be going back.

Waited 12 minutes inside while they took order after order outside. Had I driven, I could have looped three times. Then someone else walks in right after I leave and is serviced right away. I’ll never come back.

This location is soooo slow! Took me almost 30 minutes just to get one drink. Don’t go to this location unless you want to be late to work like I was.Editing this review from 2 stars to 1 star. This place has seriously gone downhill. The coffee is meh and the service is terrible. It again took over 30 minutes to get 2 drinks and after that one of them wasn’t even correct. This has happened more than these 2 times with different staff each time. It makes me wonder how terrible the management must be. I’ve been coming to Wake up call for years, but I think it’s time to find somewhere else.

Smells like sugar/a coffee stand in the lobby. Crumbs, spills, trash all over the place too. Also no one greeted me when I walked in/sat down, just not super welcoming! But when the girl (I think the manager/shift lead) took my order she was so kind!!
