Palenque Mexican - Liberty Lake

It is so refreshing to go to a restaurant and have an actual experienced, and amazing staff. Food was good too, but the service was top notch.

Super good food. I recommend pork street tacos. Really different and more fancy than the normal Mexican restaurant style. Not too greasy and food is well presented. Rice that comes with this dish is very good, almost has kind of a corn flavor since it is in a corn taco cup. Meat is very good quality. Sides are very good. Also recommend the Mexican pizza as well.

Palenque is close to my office and is a frequent lunch choice for me and my co-workers. They have yummy lunch specials served with warm chips and salsa. The service is friendly and quick, perfect for getting us fed and back to the office on time. My arroz con pollo was quite good and my co-worker's fajitas came out sizzling. The atmosphere is pleasant and unique. The lunch specials were all priced around $14.95. Give it try! You'll be glad you did.
