The Pechuga is a must! It was so delicate, juicy and tasteful! Casados: It comes with the side of the beans, two salads, rice, tortilla. Gallo pinto con (rice and black beans) is a standard Costa Rican stack served with breakfast. Here you can have it with eggs or your choice of protein. My fiancée had the Costilla (poor ribs) and Bistec Entomatado (steak w/tomato sauce). Pork ribs were crispy juicy and tender. The steak was good, but the tomato sauce was a little sweet. I always order one side of the Maduros con queso frito (pan fried bananas and FRIED cheese) with every meal. Who doesn't love fried cheese?! For the smoothies you can mix it with milk or water. Take Leche! They have two locations and are both owned by women.
I ate breakfast there. It was pretty good. Services are fast. The food was good. Price is affordable. If there is an AC, it would be perfect.
We had a great breakfast and the staff was very friendly.
Great prices and excellent local cuisine. The chicken was seasoned extremely well and was as tender as possible. The fish also tasted wonderful
Everything here was tasty, good value , authentic, and the server was attentive , and friendly. Loved the mango milkshake.
