The place is in very heart of Liberec. Nice view of the main square. But... We have waited 40 minutes to have our pizza delivered. Also waiter forgot to bring 1 beer so after all company waited 10 minutes I had to remind the myself. They brought it with no apologies... Place was dramatically understaffed with 3 waiters for 20+ tables. Pizza was good so I'm giving them 2 stars. Otherwise it would be 1.
Their terrace offered a magnificent view of the town hall and the square, but the waiter who took our order was unfriendly and impatient. The tagliatelle was passable, but the lasagna could have been better. As for their homemade raspberry iced lemonade, I suggest giving it a good stir before drinking it, otherwise you have one half consisting of sweetener, the other of sour raspberries. The prices aren't outrageous but not exactly cheap either. You'd expect a slightly better experience for this kind of money.
