While exploring Liberec in the afternoon, my companions and I searched for a vegetarian restaurant. Luckily, we found Ananda just a brief stroll away from the main square. The menu clearly indicated several vegan options, which we appreciated. Despite our language barrier, we took some time to understand the ordering process (which is done at the counter), but the staff was kind and accommodating. The food was delicious and we left satisfied.
The restaurant offers a variety of dishes every day, with a focus on vegetarian options. There are always at least 2-3 vegan dishes available, and occasionally they even have vegan cake on the menu.

I believe this is the most affordable vegan dining option in Liberec. They offer around 40 vegan dishes to choose from, with meals priced at 50 available from 5:30pm to 6:00pm when they close. During this time, you can get a lot for a low price. In terms of taste, it's a mixed bag - 50% of the dishes are delicious while the other 50% are average or below. However, it's still worth dining here, especially if you're short on time as it's the best option available.
