For the past almost 3 years the inside dispenser... read more I eat here everytime I am in Libby so I can get a diet coke. How ever only get your coke from the drive threw. For the past almost 3 years the inside dispenser for coke tastes off, as if another flavor has been added. I have pointed this out many many times the past three years! It still remains a problem. I think the coke vendor should check or replace the inside machine.

Even with COVID-19 t... read more Small town McDonald's are always a little questionable but the one in Libby does it right. This McDonald's works fast and makes food fresh. Even with COVID-19 they are able to keep people moving in the drive thru. Notable items include the quarter pounder, McNuggets, and fries which were all fresh and even looked like what the pictures on the menu look like. Service was nice and friendly. I highly recommend this drive thru for anyone passing by.

It came quickly and was exactly what I was expecting and would get at any McDonalds. It's fast food, not fine food.

We drove up, ordered, paid and went only to find that we were missing one whole p... read more It's a McDonalds...you are supposed to be able to drive up, order, pay and go. We drove up, ordered, paid and went only to find that we were missing one whole parties meal. Had to get back in line, wait for 3 cars ahead to leave. They never even keyed in the missing order. It's not that they charged us and forgot a bag, they just did not place the order. No apologies whatsoever from the snotty employee working the window.
