I'm really baffled as to why she is still employed there... read more I visited the drive-thru this morning, and I had a very unpleasant experience with the morning manager. I'm really baffled as to why she is still employed there. When I requested butter with my big breakfast platter, she sharply told me that butter isn’t included and you need to specifically ask for it. After that, she handed me my food without saying another word, leaving me unsure if my order was complete. I waited for her to come back to the window, but she never did, so I ended up driving away. I'm really fed up with the rude staff at this McDonald's! I seriously think she needs to be removed from her position because she's bad for business!

I asked for butter with my large breakfast plate and she informed me very rudely that a large breakfast does not come with butter so that they need to ask for it. she gave me my food without saying another word, and therefore I did not know whether my order was completed or not! I waited for her to come back into the window, but she never did so that I was gone! sick and tired of her rude hired at this macdonalds! she's getting rid of, she's bad for business!

They were both very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this place.
