totally recommended, the best ham sandwich I've ever eaten. It is almost impossible to park by car, important to know this detail. You can't pay with a card, but they accept Bizum. The very friendly and pleasant staff, of those of all life. it is located in the town hall square, with place and open space to go with young children and what they play with bikes or whatever they want. I attended the English language introductory barista course with David (2hrs). It was great! The space is cool — a working roastery where you can see the raw coffee and different roasts. David was very knowledgeable about coffee and explained the different variables (temperature, grind style, ratio etc) and how to make the perfect espresso. His English was excellent. Finding an English Barista course in Catalunya is hard but Animal coffee were brilliant. Very quick to respond to our request and the course itself was very detailed, very easy to understand and most of all tailored more to what we were looking for. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to make sure their coffee at home is quality.
He comprado café en Animal y es de una calidad estupenda, ha cumplido con todas mis expectativas en aroma y sabor, un 10. También he realizado el curso de barista básico para refrescar lo que ya conocía sobre el café de especialidad, 4 horas de perfecta explicación, muy bien estructurada y con un número de participantes ideal para poder practicar. Alejandra y Sergi fantásticos anfitriones. Mil gracias por hacerlo tan ameno.
Fantástica experiencia. Siendo yo un amante ignorante del café, fui a la cata de Animal Coffee y, además de aprender, me lo pasé en grande. David, Sergi y Alejandra nos trataron 10 puntos con su paciencia y la apertura a las preguntas más absurdas que podría tener. Absolutamente recomendable. ️
