The s... read more A good lunch experience after a ski morning. Lots of options to choose for vegetarians. They are flexible to modify their dishes a bit for vegans as well. The staff is good and receptive, even though the English fluency is not too high. But not a bottleneck to communication. A senior service staff managed everything really well. I would recommend a Mushroom Dish complex French name) , and rosti of course. The place seemed to be an evening party spot as well. Definitely worth a try!

Very glad we followed our instinct. Excellent dinner in a charming, mountain chalet atmosphere. Great, friendly, knowledgeable service. Delicious dinners sprinkled with edible mountain flowers. Wonderful desserts. I highly recommend the Vieux-Valais restaurant.
