This Starbucks does not have a drive-thru or curbside pickup, but the employees are very fast. When you pick up a mobile order, it is almost always ready before you get there. There is not much parking, and you might have to park pretty far away if you come when the store is busy. Right now, there is no dine-in, but there are tables outside that people are using. What LB Elliott Real Estate doesn't like about Starbucks:
This location struggles with timing the mobile order appropriately. Never have my espresso and breakfast been complete near the same time. On a recent visit I had waited so long for my food that I nearly left and had to ask someone to make it after around 25 minutes. Always tasty, never ready. View all feedback.
This Starbucks is extremely slow on mobile orders. Every time I order ahead I have to wait 10-20 minutes for my mobile order. I usually order before I even get in my vehicle and then drive 10 minutes to Starbucks and it?s not even ready. Multiple times I?ve seen employees in this store take in store orders before even checking the mobile orders. I?ve even had to ask a few times. I?ve never had any problems like this with the Starbucks stores in Georgetown. I usually order the London dog tea which does take time to brew, I?ve never had to wait more than for minutes at a store in Georgetown for my order to be ready, they leave the tea bags in which I like. The Ashland and high Starbucks should do the same.
Probably my favorite starbucks in the area. the staff is very friendly and it?s actually comfortable to sit and do homework in! plenty of good seating and cozy lighting that isn?t too hard. also appreciate that it?s not too cold either :
Only issues I have with this location is they don't take cash and they hardly ever have items needed to make my daughter Carmel frappachino
Its Starbucks need I really say anymore lol. Service was quick for the amount of people inside
Today, afternoon, I get worse experience with this branch with all the stuff specifically the manager. I asked for two cups and they give me just one after Meanwhile they tell me you have to pay for a the other one. Dear manager, usually time important for people, it is so nice told the customer you other cup going to be on us.not like you owe me a money. Overall, it's water and flavor. (Not busy place and I spend 12 minutes)
