Crisp breadi... read more Like all of Ouita Michel's restaurants, Smithtown Seafood does not disappoint. I had the KY Proud Catfish and Chips and couldn't have been happier. Crisp breading, delicious hush puppies, fries and tartar sauce. All parts well executed and not overly fancy, with country food you can go overboard quickly with dressing it up and suddenly it isn't comfort food anymore.
