What Alex doesn't like about Murano's Italian:
Normally I don’t have any complaints about this place. But tonight is much different. The place was dead and yet the food took over 40 min to get made. The server had me on hold for over 25 min and really wasn’t knowledgeable about how to process a card. Food was great and Christy was one of the nicest and best servers. Really appreciate eating in a friendly atmosphere like this.
Kristi is an awesome waitress. food is very good at muranos, but kristi needs a raise. she is worth it!!!!
This place is in a convenience store. So, there is not much for the atmosphere as restaurants go. However, the pizza is excellent! Recommended.
Order and tried cancel with in 5 .min cause it was a different location and they charged anyway. Total rip off
The staff and food are great! It is a very underappreciated restaurant!
