My friend ordered three spicy tenders, but... read more I couldn't get pot pie again, so I ordered a Famous Bowl, which had just three small pieces of stale popcorn chicken. My friend ordered three spicy tenders, but they somehow ended up costing $9.00. I will never return to this location; it seems poorly managed. The girl, who appeared to be the only one working during the lunch rush, clearly needs assistance, but unfortunately, management left her in a tough position.

Perhaps they should think about removing them from the menu altogether. Additionally, there was no Pepsi available during my last visit.

After I paid at the drive-thru, I was told it would take 5 minutes for the crispy chicken. I was asked to pull up, and 20 minutes later, I decided to go inside.... read more After I paid at the drive-thru, I was told it would take 5 minutes for the crispy chicken. I was asked to pull up, and 20 minutes later, I decided to go inside. They told me they didn’t have any crispy chicken and that they were playing rock-paper-scissors to decide who would inform me. I ended up getting a refund. This is the second time in two months that this location has run out of crispy chicken. I’ve decided I’m done with KFC; there are plenty of better options out there.

It ap... read more The ordering process was efficient, and our food was served quickly. However, the tables were not clean, even though there were no other customers around. It appears to be a staffing issue. We had to use our own hand sanitizer and napkins to clean the table. The food was delicious, and we would recommend it, but just be sure to bring your own cleaning supplies!

Our food arrived cold, and some items were completely forgotten. It's hard to expect proper service when the staff is handling food with bare hands, coughing over it, and strolling around with vapes hanging from their necks.
