Additionally... read more I highly discourage anyone from visiting this restaurant. Be cautious! They serve undercooked chicken—I had to throw mine away after just one bite. Additionally, the staff displayed a concerning level of unprofessionalism. The woman who took my order, who appeared to be missing teeth, left to take a phone call in the back. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my meal, only to have to toss it out. Please avoid this place. They really need to reevaluate their staff and start anew. This experience was extremely disappointing.

Once we got... read more We ended up waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru just to place our order, then waited another 25 minutes after paying before we could finally leave. Once we got home, we discovered that half of our chicken was missing. Frustrated, I drove back to the store and went inside to present my receipt, politely requesting the rest of our order. Unfortunately, I was met with indifference, with employees shrugging it off as "not my fault" and rolling their eyes. When I finally returned home with the missing chicken, I was disappointed to find that the first batch of chicken was partially stale, overcooked, and hard as a rock. At least the sides were decent—it's hard to go wrong with pre-portioned containers. Overall, this experience was unacceptable, and I won't be returning.

The only drawback was that I ordered the eight-piece meal with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, but instead, I received coleslaw along with my mashed potatoes and gravy. Nonetheless, everything was delicious, and we savored every bite! You really can’t go wrong with the classics!

We ordered an 8-piece tender family meal that included mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. At first, we were served coleslaw and mac and cheese, then they replaced the coleslaw with extra mac. In the end, we had to send it back to finally receive the mashed potatoes.
