We love this restaurant. Incredible food and wine. But this visit was bizarre owner was our server and she acted strange. She took our drink order and then came back asking if we want to order drinks. Same thing with our meal. She came to check on us way too frequently and touched me like we were friends. What User doesn't like about Jean Farris Winery Bistro:
We have not been here in several years, but heard it was under new management and with a new chef. We decided to give it a try for New Year’s Eve, and that was a huge mistake. They were severely shorthanded, as at least three people called in and did not show up for work. Very peaceful dining with an amazing sunset patio view. Food was outstanding as well as service. We enjoyed several wine flights all were very good. Looking forward to our next visit.
What a wonderful place. We've had a great time. We found this jewel on our travels. Everyone should go and experience for themselves. We will definitely return when in the area.
Dinner with friends. It was a lovely evening to eat outside. Great cocktails and wine and the appetizers and meals were equally good. Favorites include the fried green tomatoes and beef bourguignon. We'll be back!
Food was good, somewhat overpriced, and it didn't feel like a higher end atmosphere
The food and service were above and beyond, especially for a Friday night. Would highly recommend!
