I called ahead to order, and when I arrived, I waited a... read more I was excited to try this place for the first time, but the poor customer service ruined the experience. I called ahead to order, and when I arrived, I waited at the register. One employee saw me but ignored me, calling another customer over instead. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you”—nothing. After checking out that customer, they brought food for someone else and still ignored me. I stood there, waiting to be acknowledged, but no one said a word. Frustrated, I walked out. Great reviews can’t make up for such bad service—I won’t be back.
