Insomnia Cookies - Lexington

Do not order this place from doordash, uber eats, or grub hub. they self deliver but after two hours of waiting and speaking to agents (since the store wasn?t picking up the phone) they cancelled my order but put a ?delivered? status on the order. Ive never experienced anything like it and even the agent i was speaking to was confused.

Amazing cookies for that late night sweet tooth attack. Ordered through door dash and my cookies didn?t make it to my house. Made a quick call and they sent me out another order in just a few minutes! Fixed the problem fast and efficient. Very good way to do business! Thanks cookie people!! Nom nom nom ????

Takes forever to deliver, a bit too pricey for what you get, but man if the cookies don?t taste good. I got a scoop of vanilla with my M&M cookie and had a S?mores, and Double Chocolate cookie too. I?d recommend the S?mores over all of ?em.

I ordered delivery for my very excited 3-year-old, with an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting over 2 hours. I called twice and was connected to a call center, who also couldn't reach the store to verify if the order had even left for delivery. Overall, the experience was terrible. While the call center deserves 5 stars for their effort in trying to help and refunding my payment, the store definitely needs to improve.

These cookies may not be inexpensive, but they have late hours. Most importantly, they are tasty, fresh, and the perfect size. I usually get a classic 6-pack for $10, and occasionally add an extra cookie for $1.75. There was only one time they were out of the cookie I wanted, but it was close to closing time. I really appreciate the late hours and convenient parking. I definitely plan on coming back to this place for many more nights.
