What User doesn't like about Graeter's Ice Cream:
The customer service by the employees was great. They were all so bubbly and helpful. Then the manager, Colleen, came out. She served my son and had the worst attitude with him and the teenage employees working around her. While we were eating, I witnessed her yell at an employee for a mistake they made. It was extremely unprofessional and I will not be visiting Graeter’s in Hamburg again. View all feedback.
The first time here to lexington. friendly staff. delicious ice creams and malts, what my family had. the prices are reasonable. will be back, they have made new customers
Mouthwatering ice cream.. They have a wide variety of options with or without a cake. Most of their ice cream flavors are gluten free.. We have tasted their Vienna Coffee, Black Raspberry chip, Cotton Candy and Mint Chocolate chip. All were absolutely delicious. We have also had their Tropical Island Blast which was incredible. My husband loves their strawberry and mango sorbet flavors. They also have chocolate bags, chocolate boxes, greeting cards, Graeter’s t-shirts and handbags. Best ice cream shop in Lexington, I would say
This was some of the best/creamiest ice cream I've ever had. We just got two pints to share as a family cookies and cream and chocolate chip cookie dough. Both were great!
I got the chance to stop by during their Cones for the Cure fundraiser and was so happy to see all the decorations and promotion for it! If you stop by during CFC, I HIGHLY recommend trying the Blueberry Pie milkshake! With whipped cream and sprinkles, of course.
Great ice cream but I bought a bag of sour gummy worms and there were no red/blue gummy worms. Big sad. Great ice cream though. Lots of fun flavors!
