Initially, I had a frustrating experience where our waitress seemed extremely distracted and inattentive throughout our breakfast. After being seated, we had to request coffee and water on four separate occasions. Instead of the requested beverages, we were initially served orange juice and milk. However, First Watch redeemed itself with its cuisine, which greatly exceeded our expectations compared to previous visits. The offerings included fresh fruit, high-quality coffee, crispy thick-sliced bacon, whole grain toast, house-made biscuits with turkey sausage gravy, and the market hash, which consists of seasoned potatoes, onions, zucchini, red peppers, spinach, roasted mushrooms, melted mozzarella, and herbed goat cheese, topped with two eggs.

Went to this First Watch on Sunday, 23 Aug.  According to our server, even though we were seated a little ahead of the promised time of 20-30 minutes, our order would be delayed because they had a 26 person team just seated ahead of us.  The two ladies working as hostesses worked well together.  <br/ <br/ With the Sunday morning crowd plus this extra, I believe this FW did an outstanding job of getting our order through the kitchen and to the table.    The service was great and unobtrusive.  My omelet, greens, and toast could not have been better.  The same for the food my wife ordered.  <br/ <br/ Checkout was quick and efficient.  The bus staff appeared coordinated.  All of the employees moved well to give the guests as positive an experience as possible in an overwhelming situation.

I really enjoy visiting First Watch. For a long time, I didn’t realize it was primarily a breakfast spot; I find the name of the restaurant to be somewhat misleading. However, the food is definitely a highlight. My usual go-to orders are either the traditional breakfast, which includes bacon or sausage, potatoes, eggs, and an English muffin, or the cinnamon chip pancake breakfast, featuring a large pancake, eggs, and bacon. The cinnamon chip pancakes are absolutely fantastic, and the comforting aroma of cinnamon brings back memories of fall. If you sign up for their email newsletter, they send you a coupon for buy one, get one free, making it worthwhile to try if you haven't been before! I gave it a 4-star rating because the prices are a bit on the higher side. The traditional breakfast costs $9, while the cinnamon chip pancakes are $10. So, when you add in coffee or another drink and a tip, it can get a bit expensive for regular visits.
