My husband ordered the new stuffed shells. Manager came out to tell him he didn’t like the looks of the ones currently prepared and was making fresh for him. Staff was great and the food was good.
I drove almost 30minutes to get to this Fazolis because Im craving Italian sooooo bad. I arrived at 9:39pm. I sat at the drive thru until 945 then finally drove up to the window. There was a girl cleaning who looked directly at me B4 turning continuing to clean. Several mins later, after I honked the horn to try and get someone's attn, she walked out of view. At 952, a gentleman came to the window, opened it informed me their ovens had been shut down for the pm. He offered me bread sticks. I declined. He offered me cheese pizza. Again I declined. Now, EVERYTHING in this town is closed because I was stupid enough to his ad place another shot. I am so mad, my blood is boiling. I'm STARVING. I HATE THIS PLACE. STOP CLOSING EARLY RESTAURANTS. IM DONE W FAZOLIS. JERKS. UPDATE: Lori Mosser did reply to my email. However, she asked me if I could confirm which location this occurred at. I answered her and haven't heard back from her again. Much as I suspected, they offered zero resolution.
