We had the pizza buffet. The salad bar was delicious and very fresh. The pizza when we got there was thin and crispy and very tasty. They ran out though and when they brought out new pizzas, the crusts weren't crispy at all. We prefer crispy but we're probably in the minority. All in all it was a good experience and will be returning. View all feedback.
What Sheri Johnson doesn't like about Big Cats Pizza Company:
The salad bar was absolutely a horrible mess!! The pizza crust was so thin, you couldn't pick up a slice and hold it without it falling all to pieces. The service was absolutely horrible, the waitress acted like she could care less if she waited on us or not, as well as being the cashier! We watched two different couples finally just leave their money on the counter and walk out because no one ever came up to take th... View all feedback.
I had the best hamburger ? ever tasted!! So good I almost bought another one! I have heard that this place also has the best pizza too!
Some of the best wings I’ve had but I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Service is slow and waitresses seem like they hate their
They then substituted extra fries for our onion rings because they had run out, but they didn't bother to inform us. The check didn’t reflect these changes either. I couldn’t eat my food in front of my hungry child after waiting two hours for our meal, so I took him to Wendy’s to get him something to eat while I waited outside as my boyfriend argued about the bill. We were charged for food we never received and for food that was returned untouched—it's just ridiculous. Another couple at our table also received the wrong food, and when they requested it be returned, the server carelessly threw it onto the table, spilling barbecue sauce everywhere. To top it all off, we were even charged for incorrect drinks. I can confidently say that I will never return and strongly advise against recommending this place to anyone!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The water tasted like dishwater, and when I tried the pizza from the bar, I found hair in it. I brought this to the manager's attention, but she responded with an attitude. It's clear why this place has so many negative reviews. We paid $10 per person, but we couldn't eat anything, and we were still charged the full amount with no discount or compensation offered.
We enjoyed the pizza buffet during our visit. The salad bar was fresh and absolutely delicious. When we arrived, the pizza was thin, crispy, and packed with flavor. However, they ran out of that variety, and when new pizzas were served, the crusts weren't crispy at all. While we prefer a crispy crust, we realize that we might not be the majority. Overall, it was a good experience, and we plan to return.
