Can there be less stars.Big Cats Pizza Company Worst experience at a restaurant ever. Waited forever for drinks, second order at the table came before the first. Brought the wrong food to the table. Son ordered a grill cheese it came as a burnt as in charcoal black hamburger bun hard cheese on the side. Cold. And someone in kitchen put fingers in the top of bun!Unbelievable sent it back and told them to take it off the ticket. Then substituted extra fries instead of onion rings because they ran out but didn’t tell us. Check did not reflect the changes made. I couldn’t eat my food in front of my kid who was hungry having waited 2 hours at restaurant to eat. Took him to Wendy’s and got him a meal. And waited outside while bf argued about bill. Charged for food not given. Charged for food returned untouched. .. ridiculous. Other couple at table got wrong food asked it be returned to kitchen—threw food on table spilling bbq sauce. Also charged for wrong drinks. Will never be back! Will not recommend ever!!!

This was the worse thing I have had the water taste like dish water went and got pizza off the bar and had hair in it brought it to the manager's attention and she got an attitude I see why now they have bad reviews and for 10.00 a person and you can't eat anything there we still got charged for it nothing taking off not even a discount

We had the pizza buffet. The salad bar was delicious and very fresh. The pizza when we got there was thin and crispy and very tasty. They ran out though and when they brought out new pizzas, the crusts weren't crispy at all. We prefer crispy but we're probably in the minority. All in all it was a good experience and will be returning.

The pizza on the pizza bar was terrible. I don't know what pizza crust you use it sucked the other things, was so dry, and asked for fresh and the waitress , probably not an hour and a half before it closed was worth my money will not come back use to be a good place to go ??

I went to the restaurant on my lunch break. My husband and I ordered a water, sprite, salad bar, boneless wings and fries. I went up to the bar and got my salad...no word, eye contact or anything from the waitress to update us of the order of wings and fries, nor did she check on us at any time during our visit. After eating and waiting for 45 mins, I finished my salad and we proceeded to the front to pay. She comes out from the back after running around serving EVERY one else and says...with no care or concern, Somehow your order got lost. I 'll take the wings off . We should not have had to pay for anything!!!!! We politely paid for the salad and the sprite and left. It may not make a difference to management, but I expect to be treated like my business is appreciated no matter the time of day. I strongly suggest that your employees know how important it is to keep customers coming back to your establishment. Awesome customer service is how management keeps the doors open and how jobs are kept for staff. I am utterly disappointed with the service and lack thereof of customer service.
