This place is awesome and you better be hungry because you get SO.MUCH.FOOD. Bazaar eatery sits in the back of Ethereal brewery and they do a great job. The staff is awesome, the food comes out fast, and it is all well presented Hit the nail on flavors across the board. Even the chips were really well done. 10/10 recommend, I wish I had visited here sooner. So generous with their portions!
Friday night no wait around 7pm. Very limited selections but the food was very fresh and flavorful and generous portions. Good quality food but be prepared for some heat! If you can't beat, maybe just come for the beer. There was a variety of beer selections. It took a while for someone to get to us to take our order even though it wasn't super busy. The guy who brought our food was very personable but our server/bartender may have been having a bad day. Paper straws (save the turtles but ew) and strict mask requirements.
This place is up to the reviews. We had the animal burrito. Came out just as pictured above. This is a must if you are looking for Mexican in Lexington. Hats off to the chef and staff. Will most certainly make sure to stop back next time in town.
While in Lexington on business I wanted to try something local and different. This place hit both marks and I was not disappointed. First off, the location is right in the heart of downtown Lexington which has really come a long way in recent years. As for finding this place, it 's just a little confusing because the Bazaar Eatery name is not prominent on the outside of the building. The name you will see is Etheral Brewing Public House which confused me at first but once inside you will get it. Bazaar Eatery is providing the dining portion of the brewery. Only issue I had was cell service was spotty for me inside so they had to find a paper menu for me since I could not get the digital one downloaded. But, not a big deal. I started off with one of their local brews, the Throwback Pilsner which was the perfect choice for my dinner. I also decided to start off by trying some of their house made chips and queso. OMG, the queso was perfect and I loved the fact it had some nice kick to it. So many quesos in my opinion can come off bland like nothing more than melted cheese. Not the case here as they have a nice blend of cheese and peppers. Also, the chips were light and crunchy and very evident they were made in house and not something out of a bag. I then had two of their tacos. Decided to try something non traditional so I had the Shogun which was made with terrayaki chicken and served inside a soft shell with a wonderful sauce drizzled across the top. The second taco was the Kali Ma Taco which had a fantastic combination of coconut curry chicken, grilled onions, zuchinni and mushrooms topped with a chile lime crema sauce. Can you say "packed with flavor '! Again, if you like just a chicken or beef taco this will not be your thing, but for me, I love something different and this was absolutely the bomb! All in all, this was great place that I will defintely come back to next time in town.
