She gave us a negative attitude at the window, shot us unpleasant... read more We had an unfortunate experience at this A&W due to an employee named Kim, who was quite rude. She gave us a negative attitude at the window, shot us unpleasant looks, and failed to provide all of our drinks, insisting that we hadn't ordered them even though they were clearly listed on the receipt. It was disappointing, as I've never encountered such behavior at an A&W before. Her name tag indicated she was a trainer, so perhaps she was having a rough day. On a positive note, the person who brought our food out was friendly.

A&W served up the freshest, crispiest fries I've ever tasted—they were incredible, possibly the best I've ever had (and I've tried them in the streets of Brussels). My burger was great, the strawberry shake was perfect, and the sweet tea was fantastic (fresh with just the right amount of sugar). The staff today (3/30/22) truly deserve praise. They really hit it out of the park. You all made my day!!!!!!
