This has been such a great addition to our county. The dishes are very good, the customer service is exceptional, and prices are very reasonable for what you get. Overall, would highly recommend. View all feedback.
What Marissa Figueroa doesn't like about Pho D'lite:
Food was not good. I ordered vegetarian pho and it came with bok choy mushrooms… no broccoli (which the menu said it came with). The chef said bok choy is broccoli when it’s actually from the cabbage family. Lol but why argue? ? I’m used to vegetarian pho having lots of veggies. This was not worth $13– noodles, couple small pieces of tofu, minimal veggies. The waiter did not have good knowledge of the menu and could... View all feedback.
Great hidden gem! Amazing experience for pickup and for dine in!
The pad thai and shrimp spring rolls were pretty standard, but the Asian poppers blew my mind. They were perfectly seasoned with a texture akin to hush puppies. The dipping sauce they came with was awesome too! You gotta try them!
The food is fresh and really good! The sweet tea is not brewed tea is Nestea which is not great, so I would suggest adding real tea to the menu and maybe have the waitress wear a real uniform not jeans and t-shirt. The place seems clean and neat which I appreciate. I will return to try more dishes. I love the fresh shrimp spring rolls but I wish they had more sauce to choose from other than peanut sauce. Husband loves the egg rolls!
As a Vietnamese person who has eaten pho all my life and from different places/states/Vietnam. I can confidently say this pho’s broth is NOT up to par to say the least. This place tastes more like Thai food which makes senses with all the Thai options on the menu. I have also never been to a Pho spot that has Thai options, so that was kinda a red flag. Also I been here for a minute, and I have met only like 5 Vietnamese people and heard of 5 more living in the area. It’s not that I don’t believe that Vietnamese can’t be made well by people that aren’t Vietnamese because I have eaten some. It’s just that when it comes to Pho being the main dish specifically I have never eaten a bad dish from Vietnamese people except one time and that person red flag was “I don’t really like Pho” but cooked it anyway smh.And don’t think I tried this place just once, I went there multiple times. Lunch, dinner, peak hours, and when no one was there. Tried the whole menu too. Tried it with multiple people who had pho before, were Vietnamese natives, and people who never had it before all said the same thing. And I didn’t say anything about the place to them prior they made the decision on their own.Don’t get me wrong the food wasn’t bad and was cooked well, but I cannot eat it and say “yup this is just like all the other pho I have eaten”Pho broth is just hard to get right, but All the other foods on the menu was good. That’s why it’s not getting such a low rating.
Amazing pho. The broth is delicious, and the portions are large. It's definitely my favorite pho place in southern Maryland.
