What Tom Oliver doesn't like about Whataburger:
I was at the southwest parkway location. Ordered a #1 only 2nd in line. It took 15 minutes. Then NO FRENCH FRIES! YOU NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! WORST SERVICE OF ANY WHATABURGER!!! View all feedback.

How bad can you screw up an order. This is 100% unacceptable. I'm so disappointed in whataburger. At this point I give up. More times than not they screw up. Just read the reviews
Get the white chocolate raspberry shake! We stopped in here late in the evening early morning (0130) and they had an employee names Larry who did a great job! I'd highly recommend this location. Fast and delicious! ????
This location took my money without providing any service. The service is consistently slow. If you use the drive-thru, be prepared for a wait of about 30 minutes. Cars behind you will honk their horns, as if that will make the employees work faster. If you go inside, the wait is slightly shorter, but still at least 20 minutes. While waiting for my food, I noticed that the management is seriously lacking. The managers seem to enjoy reprimanding their staff even when the dining area is full of customers. This indicates poor training, which is evident in the slow service times.
I previously shared my concerns with Whataburger through their website, and they responded quickly with an apology for the poor service I experienced. You often have to wait longer than expected, even if you provide your estimated arrival time. Sometimes I arrive a few minutes later, around five minutes, just in case they are busy, but I still end up waiting. I’ve even had to go into the restaurant to check on my order status. On my last visit, they forgot to include drink holders for the drinks and shakes. To make matters worse, I received a burger that I hadn’t ordered, and someone had already taken a bite out of it. Most recently, my order was missing a burger, and when I went inside to inquire, I found a delivery driver who had been waiting for 25 minutes. Whataburger mentioned in their reply that they had spoken with the restaurant management team and staff, and they encouraged me to give them another chance.
