Sneaky Pete's - Lewisville

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is fun and casual. However, I can only give this restaurant 2 stars because they automatically added a 20% tip without informing us (we were a party of four and it was not busy at all). When I received the bill to sign, there was no indication that the tip had already been included, and it even had blank spaces for me to add a tip, complete with helpful calculations for 20% and 25% tips. I requested an itemized receipt because the total seemed off, and that’s when I discovered the added tip. I would love to rate them higher due to the friendly staff, but it feels like their charm is a distraction from the fact that they are trying to trick customers into leaving a 50% tip.

Zach made my visit exceptional. He was very welcoming and continuously took care of clearing away any extra items from the table.

The wings were fantastic, but they included a tip in the bill without mentioning it. Pete can be pretty sneaky!

AJ was the best bartender I have had since I was 21/1993 baby. Never had such amazing service in my life. She is very knowledgeable, smart, and amazing. I would highly recommend. I don’t drink often but she would be the bartender I would want to order from .

Been here 2x as I am new to the area. The atmosphere here is amazing. The food is less than average. Had a burger and onion rings, both were extremely overcooked when I asked for medium rare on the burger, and the onion rings were burned. The staff is more interested in socializing with each other than tending to guests. And as we all know, nothing is cheap. You would think since prices have increased, the service would be good, but not here. Same service on both visits with different staff. I'm so about enjoying work, but, taking care of the customer and creating an environment that seems friendly is so critical. Won't be going back.
