Rosa's Cafe is a Mexican restaurant from the city of San Angelo, TX in 1983 and is now a chain over Texas. Your food is simple and really good. Especially freshly made tortillas gives them an edge. Your Fajitas and Tacos are really good. Your Taco Tuesday offer attracts large quantities and we tried the same (picture). What Christy Tijerina doesn't like about Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory:
I love Rosas, but had a terrible experience with their food quality at this location. Two out of the three of us had our orders come out wrong. I ordered a chicken salad and they gave me beef, so I took it back to be corrected. I got a soggy chicken saladback. View all feedback.

I love Rosa's atmosphere is great, the food is very delicious. The waiting time is very fast. I highly recommend if your hunger stop of Rosa's!!!!!!
Love it!. That's great, fast tex-mex. When I plan a meal with tortillas at home, we go through the drive-thru to pick up some of Rosa's. You're all a tortilla should be. It feels kind of like fast food, but I enjoy eating. I think everything on the menu is delicious. I usually order the beef fajita burrito, or the bean and cheese burrito.
Mix feelings, but please read on. This will not replace my lifelong relationship with El Fenix, and it won no awards for its culinary achievements, it is a good place for a quick fixation of Tex-Mex for a reasonable price. The place is always clean, bright, cheerful in decor with the perfect Mexican festive game. the food is always very fast, hot and tasteful if not excellent. Probably a good place to stop if you have a big party, or a busload of children. I had the big deluxe Mexican plate combo consisting of w/ Guac, Taco, Ench, Tamale, Tostada and some hot flour tortillas. With a drink, I think it was $10. Also here it replaces El Fenix, or a lot of fine Mexican restaurants (Luna de Noche, Nicos, Mi Cocina, etc..., but it has its place. Just a big step over Pancho 's for food quality.
Taco Tuesdays!. Decent price, fresh toppings bar, fresh tortillas, food was good and service was excellent. Always packed during lunch...for good reasons.
