Patrizio's - Highland Vlllage

We had a formal dinner, and they brought our food out so quickly. We had a group of 20+ and they were absolutely amazing.

Ordered the Caesar salad, minestrone soup, spaghetti and meatballs and pollo tuscano (grilled chicken with grilled vegetables in butter cream sauce. Everything was very tasty and the atmosphere was pretty quiet. Bit then again, we were there at 5pm.

We booked the same morning for seven people at 18:00 and I was pleasantly surprised to get the table. It was in a flat alcove, so we had some privacy, but were still in the main room. The food was good, with a lot of choice. Our server was attentive and personal, but he made a hash of controls and they had to be redeemed again. But I was glad to see that he had shared the shared points among all controls I have not seen yet, but it was very helpful.

Celebrate the 16th. My daughter's birthday and Ryan did a fantastic job that served our table. He never stopped smiling: he is great!

We stayed in this restaurant several times in the past. However, this experience was completely different and totally disappointing. The service was inconsistently slow and chaotic. Service didn't seem to know who did what. Although the cocktails were good, my entrée was especially in edible. I ordered the chicken and mushroom lasagna and the first bite tasted like the dish rancid or mold plus cold. My friends from Aubergine Parmesan were meager and although tasty she was still hungry. Our appetizer, Calimari, was partly raw and cold. Sad. We will never return.
