Great café with breakfast all day options. The Main Street Cafe is located in a historic house from the 1800s and offers a wide range of home-style dishes to happy hour cocktails. I had the Jalapeno chicken with black eyeballs and fried pimples as sides. Portions are plentiful and service was friendly. View all feedback.
What Michelle Abeyta doesn't like about Main Street Cafe:

The coffee (not good) lacked real creamer and they used Aunt Jemima syrup. Additionally, the inside was cold,... View all feedback.
The food at Main Street Cafe is average and will do the job. We had the chicken and waffles with a side of eggs and grits. Unfortunately, the eggs had an off taste, like avocado, which was unpleasant. We mentioned it to the waitress, who kindly offered to replace them, but it was already the end of our meal. The coffee (not good) lacked real creamer and they used Aunt Jemima syrup. Additionally, the inside was cold, so I recommend bringing a sweater or opting for patio seating. On the positive side, the waitress was excellent. Overall, the restaurant is just okay.
Food selection seems pretty good and they do have reasonable daily specials.
Brisket servings were small with quite a bit of fat. Tasty however. And they forgot to include the chocolate that I asked for in my to go order.
Just a lovely place and the staff is very pleasant!
Our breakfast was cooked perfectly. The service was a little slow. But overall, I would eat there again.
