Little Caesars Pizza - Lewisville

I’ve tried to reach this restaurant multiple times, but the phone never gets answered, despite the fact that it’s usually not busy. The automated message is the most unprofessional I’ve ever encountered, saying they’re busy and suggesting online orders. It's surprising that an entrepreneur would think that’s acceptable. Unfortunately, I mistakenly placed an order from the wrong location and wanted to call to cancel it after 30 minutes, but no one picked up. Honestly, can I believe that such a small place is too busy to answer the phone at all in that time frame?

This was some very fresh Little Cesar?s and crazy bread, the reason for 3 star was customer service the cashier wasn?t friendly at all.

This little Caesars location consistently makes really great pizzas! We order pizza from them almost every Friday. I used to order by phone, and sometimes I?d have a hard time getting through or being heard. I finally started ordering online and using the pick up portal for faster service; it?s super convenient and easy. I don?t know what they do differently to their crusts, but I have had pizzas from several different little Caesars locations, and the crust at this one is amazing!

This is the second time I've ordered since the new management took over, and both experiences have been disappointing. I just ordered a pizza that was overcooked and soggy, and it was sliced haphazardly. Instead of the cheesy bread I ordered, I found a small pizza in the cheesy bread box, which was also cut randomly. I tried to give them another chance after my first experience, but having two disappointing orders in a row—worse than the first—has convinced me not to order from here again.

DONT order from this place! ordered 4 pizzas 2 deep dish, both deep dish were RAW pastry and the cheese was crunchy on regular pizzas. try to call back to the back and the voicemail set up to order online that they are busy. soou annoyed!
