Kfc - Lewisville

L'd give it a 3 star as their card issuing machines stopped working an hour before they closed. Luckily their front desk staff knew how to leave their customers happy and gave us a card to use. Most of the arcades were in a good, functional condition, they had plenty pool tables and a large number of bowling lanes. Overall deserves the 5 star rating.

Just got into my lunch break... I was just a person in the restaurant and there was only one car in the drive-thru but I stood here for almost 13 minutes, while 3 employees went past me and ignored me while standing around and talking

They often boil the chicken and I never have food to them again. I usually eat only the hard pieces. But today I spent too much to get boiled meat and sourd soda (which also happened the other day when I bought soda from this place). When I returned the food today, I first asked for a replacement at the Drive-Thru speaker, but the lady was rude, so I asked for a refund. I came into the window, and she went away with the attitude by just staring at me. She even rolled my eyes later. Unbelievable. She also made the mistake to think that I ordered my food when they opened. In their mind, when you order food when they open, that means that they may not boil under chicken, so it is hard. Speaks a lot about her culinary knowledge.

I ordered 16 pieces leg / thigh original recipe bucket for picking up on Uber eats. When I opened the order, I saw stale, oily and fried foods that usually contain hard, rubbery, dried wings and chest pieces! When I picked up the order (in a sealed KFC bag), I asked the person at the checkout whether the food is freshly prepared. He ventilated me and to make things worse, they did not follow the order comments and added adhoc pieces! Extremely disappointed by this KFC output!

This is the worst car I've visited so far. Everyone seems to have an attitude problem here. 0 customer service. Kfc should cancel its license
