Hooters - Lewisville

Went on New Year’s Eve 2021 around 1600. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all and it felt like we had the waitress to ourselves. She was very attentive and prompt with everything we threw at her. She also removed a drink I ordered, in which I didn’t like bc it had soda in it . 5 stars for CARI. The food was good. Appetizers:: lemon pepper shrimp , pickles. Entrees:: bone in spicy garlic for me boneless lemon pepper for him waffle fries . Overall we had a good experience, no complaints.

Contrary to some resent reviews I took a chance today for a to-go order of traditional wings, loaded tots, and chicken buffalo sandwich. I checked the order before leaving, the order was perfect, the waitress was friendly, she helped me check my order, engaged me in a quick pleasant conversation. I'd have to say management is on the ball of insuring quality. I'll be back for sure. So now the food, again it met my expectations, it what I remember from years past, good quality, good taste, well worth the bad calories Good job team Lewisville Texas !!! We’ve been to many Hooters restaurants in the states abroad. This location has great selection and our server Lauren was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered smoked wings, Buffalo chicken sandwich, side salad everything was fresh delicious. Great job Lewisville team.

I've been to several Hooters and I even have their app. But this experience was the worst The server only came to our table twice. I ordered buffalo shrimp and boneless wings both of them were cold maybe warm at best. My wife and I work just hungry so we didn't send it back. But if I wasn't hungry at that time I probably would have sent them back. So my experience here was the food wasn't that great and the service wasn't that great either. NOW I CAN GIVE A GOOD REVIEW On 12-17-21 around 715-801 pm Sarah waited on my wife and I. She was friendly and very attentive. She made sure to ask if we needed anything and we never had a empty drink. The food was so much better this time. It was hot and fresh. Also I did talk with Isac the manager he was very nice and welcoming. He apologize about our last visit. So I would recommend this Hooters. And if you every have a problem just talk to the manager and they will make it right. Joey

They were busy tonight and short on kitchen staff. We told them we didn't mind waiting and were seated promptly and brought drinks from the bar. Brenna was our server and she was so friendly and attentive. Food was probably the best we have EVER had here!!! Kudos to Brenna and the kitchen!
