I got an iced coffee here that ended up being more cream than coffee so I didn’t love it, but someone I got coffee for did so I guess it’s just preference. Donuts were delish. View all feedback.
What Lavina Leuschke doesn't like about Dunkin':
Personal opinion: I'm not a fan of a transmasc employee who seemed to be judging me and my boyfriend. I visited this Dunkin' Donuts today to get our all-time favorite: Frosted Chocolate Donuts and a cup of coffee. The shop was quite empty, with only two customers ahead of me, who were being helped together. The place was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and professional. Since it is close to my home, I've been there many times, and I always appreciate the cleanliness and excellent customer service!
I drove to this location tonight at 6:55 PM. The female employee who took my order was quite rude and seemed to be in a bad mood. I asked for a sprinkles donut, and she replied, "I just glazed." When I inquired about getting a chocolate donut instead, she rudely repeated, "I said I just glazed." So, I ended up asking about glazed donuts.
I ordered a large cappuccino through the door pocket, and when it arrived, it was only half full. I know my delivery person isn't to blame because I've seen others experiencing the same issue. I'm genuinely puzzled by the decision to serve such a poorly filled cup, especially since I can't ask for a replacement or a fresh drink immediately. It feels like you're more focused on making a profit from a single coffee order rather than providing good service. Seriously, you need to improve.

This is just a reflection from someone who has managed fast food for four years—common sense in these situations really makes a difference.
The food was good. The staff was pleasant when they finally decided to come to the register and take our order. When sitting and enjoying our purchase we saw that a gentleman came in after a few minutes and went when no one came into the register, but laughing in the back and talking could be heard.
