Dunkin' - Lewisville

The food was good. The staff was pleasant when they finally decided to come to the register and take our order. When sitting and enjoying our purchase we saw that a gentleman came in after a few minutes and went when no one came into the register, but laughing in the back and talking could be heard.

Love everything about my Dunkin on Main St. The staff are amazing. Especially the morning crew.Food: 4/5

Will never go to this location again. After reading all the comments about Chris, the manager, I wonder why he is still employed. He refused to sell me a gift card yesterday at the drive through lane because he didn 't like my tone . I never yelled or cursed at him but he shut the window in our faces. This is what Dunkin wants to represent the company. I 'll be using up my gift card today at another location then deleting my app. This location has some very nice employees but the horrible ones I have encountered over the years ruins it for me and Chris was the final straw.

Always ALWAYS give you the wrong order. I ordered a pick up order for my husband to get for me and he gets home with their new cookie butter cold foam with NO COOKIE BUTTER COLD FOAM. Ughhhh so frustrating, that’s literally the whole purpose of that drink and they managed to screw that up like seriously. Every time. And then you tell them and they get mad at you like just read the order people!

Went to order 2 pumpkin lattes with cold foam instead of whip cream. They still brought medrinks with whip cream even when I payed extra, so I asked for them to be remade, but please don 't just scoop it off. They then came back out with two drinks that had clearly been scooped off and cleaned up using whatever method they wanted. So rather than have it made a third time with spit or something I asked for a refund. I was then in a shouting match with the manager who then tells me I can 't have a refund I can keep that drink or he can make it over. It 's covid going around, no masks, no gloves and I didn 't trust the drink anymore. Said we don 't want ur kind around here, get out, ect. How disgusting. Don 't expect to get what you order, they give you whatever they want.
