Applebee's - Lewisville

The host automatically told us the wait would be awhile if we'd rather leave. She never made an effort to get us to stay. We told her we'd wait and she kept asking if we were sure. She needs some training quick

This is the second time we come in they take for ever to sit. Once seated you have to wait over 20 mins for anyone to even pay attention. This time we waited 20 and walked out. They aren't understaffed either. The waiters just don't pay attention.

072724; We hadn't been Applebee's in a long time. We received a buy one get one free coupons so we came by. My wife ordered her a favor which is the quesadilla burger. I ordered the whiskey Burger. Both were cooked with a little pink and delivered on time with a friendly smile. Super server Mike t made sure everything was on time and cooked to perfection. Manager came around and asked if everything was okay. We had a nice experience; thank you team Applebee's on this Sunday afternoon! Get Outlook for Android 10/30/23. My wife and I split the quesadilla burger. This was delicious! Thanks to super Waitress Pam, all was well and served with a smile. Thank you for a nice experience. Post 2022: The food was good. The waitress was friendly. But the carpet was dirty, the AC was hot, and the dining room was barren. Plus we were charged for a take out drink at the end of the.meal. Every other restaurant offers a drink to go as one leaves.(especially in the 100 deg F heat)

On Sunday 07-14-2024 at 2:00 in the afternoon I went to eat at this place, there were no people, we were 3 women and 3 girls, I can tell you that the girls' food took 40 minutes to come out and The three plates of food that had meat from three women took 1 hour and 30 minutes. In my opinion they didn't have a cook, the presentation of the food plate was horrible, we paid $23 for a meat plate and the meat was very tough. The waiter who was serving was also at the bar, we asked him 3 times for a container to take away the food and he never brought it, so much so that we called the manager and the very rude man still says that all the food takes 68 minutes to come out. It is not fair to pay for a service where everything was a disaster. In addition, I had an 87-year-old woman with me who was hungry for an hour and 40 minutes and with all that she did not even ask for an apology. I understand that in these cases the food should be free. Since the fault was with the restaurant and its service, I will not return to this place and I liked it so much. We were regular customers. I paid $92 on the bill and was sad. Since we are Latinas, the manager treated us rudely. Don't go to this place. Needs a change of personnel.
