Burger King - Lewistown

I ordered a speck king and there was not a single piece of speck all over the burger. either you have to rename the burger or put the speck on the speckroy

I have never had service like I just had at this place and that because I never did get service!! I just sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, got ignored and passed up for someone that showed up after me in the other drive through lane. I then decided to go in the lobby thinking that maybe I would get helped faster inside, definitely not the case. I sat in there for another 10 minutes without even a look in my direction!!! I turned to the person behind me and told them they might as well give up because it was going to be christmas before we even got help. They need to hire more people or figure something out because they take forever everytime I have gone there. Also to top it off the guy behind the counter had an attitude with the elderly gentleman in front of me when he told them he never got his burgers. Extremely disappointed with this place I will not be going back unless they change something.

Very slow service. Never understand what you ordered. most employees are half the time. The only saving factor is that there is never someone, so they can get what they have done to order faster.

You loaded my husband with mustard, I suppose. It was impossible. If you? ve traveled for three days and have 4 more to go before you get home, good food on the move is hard.

Stopped in to grab some food. We are at time where sanitation is very important and the bathroom couldn?t have been more nasty if it tried. There was pee all over the women?s toilet, the sink was covered in dirt and nasty ness. The floor was sticky. We went to try to order food and the back was a mess with fries and salt and wrappers everywhere. We waited for two minutes and there wasn?t a single person around. Not one customer so they weren?t too busy to clean a bathroom) we never even saw an employee.
