Red Lobster - Lewiston

I had an issue with my recent order; they forgot to include one item, and when the Dasher delivered my food, it was cold. I reached out to Red Lobster and DoorDash, and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They promptly sent me a completely new order that was exactly what I had requested and, thankfully, hot! I truly appreciate their efforts, as I never expected such a swift resolution. This was my first problem with Red Lobster, but their exceptional service has made a lasting impression on me. I will definitely keep coming back. Just a side note: while their food is a bit pricey, their outstanding customer service more than compensates for it. Thank you, Red Lobster, and thank you, DoorDash!

Food was bland, salad had almost no onions, lettuce was half leaves and half stem and core. The shrimp was okay but the scallops tasted raw

The pizza didnt taste anything like it should and it was cold when it got to me and extremely salty

My orzo rice was undercooked and hard, and the Alfredo sauce was bitter and unappetizing. Thankfully, I ordered the Half Dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits, which saved my meal. The person who prepared my food really needs to be reassigned or let go. I had to call in last Friday to request the rice be cooked properly since I had received hard rice before, and it was soft then. Unfortunately, the delivery person also didn’t follow my instructions. Overall, it was just a disappointing experience with the food, especially since I rely on eating out.

I ordered my meal and selected a Caesar salad as a side. When the salad arrived, it had no dressing! Additionally, my biscuits were crushed in the bag. The shrimp scampi had very little sauce, and the portion was quite small for the price I paid.
