What Robin Baden doesn't like about Mandarin Pine:
This was likely one of the most disappointing meals we've experienced in a long time. We ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was around $10 to $20. View all feedback.
This is a great Chinese food spot. The menus are big and heavy with amazing possibilities! My employee has a bowl of soup with her mother chicken dish. This soup bowl was more like a bucket of soup (see photos). I got the #9 combo everything was great!
Definitely our favorite Chinese food in town. The food always tastes wonderful. The portions are humongous. We like that so we always have leftovers for the next day. Always need to give yourself plenty of time when you order since they are so busy. The wait can be 45 minutes to an hour.
Their egg flower soup and tea are a go to when I'm feeling under. Perfect combo.
Wasn't as good as usual. Have eaten here many times and food is always good. Last time just didn't enjoy as much. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: BBQ Pork, Egg Drop Soup, Pork Fried, Shrimp Fried Rice
Through the years we have visited The Mandarin Pine and enjoyed the food. However the last two times I was there in August then again September the food was lacking in flavor and texture. Very bland, nothing special. Next time I’ll just have the soup. My grandkids enjoyed it, I have a more discretionary palette. Wish I could rave about something, but alas!
