As a ex employee I saw the worst not only do they treat there crew horribly one of the main reasons why I left is because they were so unhygienic . For example one box of X-Large gloves in the whole store. When I used them I got awkward looks and even told wow no one has used gloves in forever . The food here is wonderful! I don't know about ambience this is not a sit down restaurant you just take it and run! I like that! I initially had a slight issue with my order but I talk to the Mexican manager there and he gracefully fixed my entire order and was very kind about it!
