Jade Garden Chinese - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Jade Garden Chinese:
Although the food was delicious and abundant, I won't be returning to this restaurant. My plate was dirty, so I asked the waitress for a new one. She was very nice about it and offered me another plate from a different table. However, they warned me that it might be sticky too, as they had accidentally dropped an entire container of unwashed dishes earlier. Honestly, just wash the plates properly, for heaven’s sake!
