Rude staff is one thing but when the owner/manager is rude that sets the tone for the entire store. I understand you are busy and probably stressed but being rude and snarky to someone coming in check out what you offer NOT good customer service or a strong business model. I can not thank Grants enough for their amazing customer service!! I stopped to hard and ruined the cake I purchased 5 minutes prior. They fixed it without hesitation and were so sweet the entire time. Thank you Doug and team!!
It's literally a treat to go in there, great selection and consistent quality. Honestly the best buttercream frosting around!
