Contribute FeedbackAt this Dunkin' Donuts location, experiences are highly inconsistent. While some patrons appreciate the availability of their favorite items and friendly staff, others report frustrating visits marred by long wait times, incorrect orders, and poor service. Complaints include long delays in both drive-thru and lobby service, apathetic staff behavior, and quality control issues with food and beverages. Despite a few loyal customers, many vow not to return during busy times, indicating a pressing need for improved staffing and management. The disparity highlights the challenges of maintaining service standards in a high-demand environment.
I was expecting a wait due to the power outages. But while waiting in the lobby. I heard a young woman of color yell out Large Black coffee. Her co worker politely asked her to not say it so loud. She responded, well you know I’m a “race” baiter…I, along with the 2 other women standing beside me were saddened to hear that. I hope someone can coach this young lady on how to act when serving the public.
I missed the speaker and asked the lady if I could order my 1 small coffee and there was NOONE behind me or in the store, was told NO drive around!!
Great place to gather with friends. Coffee is great.
They were short staffed and did not make that clear. Lobby was locked and closed with a “wet paint” sign. Wouldn’t answer the phone when called. Worst Dunkin experience ever. If they are short staffed the app for mobile orders should be turned off and there should be a sign.
I am a loyal customer of this restaurant. Whenever there is an issue, they always take care of it promptly.
