This particular Dunkin Donuts is not as good as it once was. But it still has the same bakery products. However, the last three times I have stopped here, the coffee has been old and burnt tasting. I will start going the long way to go to the one on theother side of town.

This Dunkin in Lewiston was amazing. My order was wrong, they remade it, but I thought it was still looked wrong. The employee had someone else step in, and it was me who was wrong. I apologized profusely, and, even though they were incredibly busy, hehandled it gracefully and professionally. Lately, my orders have been wrong at a lot of Dunkins, and the employees have beenless than courteous. I think this is why I just defaulted to it 's wrong . But the Dunkin on Sabattus St is not like mostDunkins I have been to recently. Kudos guys and thank you.

Time to make the donuts! Well, it was about 4pm and I guess Dunkin only gets X amount of donuts from the industrial park in the morning. **** poor selection, but the two I got, a coconut and a bluberry were tasty. As usual, my usual, med. hot hazelnut, no sugar, 4 creams was superb. The associate was very cordial, on the ball, and apologized for the lack of donuts.

I have been to this location a few times and neither were memorable in any sense. The first time I met someone for coffee and the ordering experience seemed more difficult than it needed to be. I ordered a hot plan coffee and it took longer for them to deliver that than the person after me who wanted 2 pumps of this, light on this, 2 more pumps and a swirl of this and a few donuts. Must be a regular to get special treatment. The second experience was no different. The drive thru may seem organized but the front-end staff seem all over the place. This location doesn't seem to have good management to ensure a cohesive work environment. The different between staff experience at drive-thru compared to front-end is night and day and not necessarily in a good way.

Its hit or miss when going here. Sometimes they get it right, sometimes not. About par for most Dunkin's I've ever been too unfortunatly. And pricing is getting out of control. $5.88 for a med frozen coffee. Are you for real ?
