This Dunkin in Lewiston was amazing. My order was wrong, they remade it, but I thought it was still looked wrong. The employee had someone else step in, and it was me who was wrong. I apologized profusely, and, even though they were incredibly busy, hehandled it gracefully and professionally. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
My friend and I went through the drive-thru and ordered two separate meals. We planned to pay separately because I had a free drink coupon. When we got to the window, I mentioned we had ordered two meals. My friend handed over his card to pay for his meal, but the worker charged him for both. They have not been busy with us, have just given us the money and sent us, I work on a dunkin, I always try to ask how they smile and say have a good day they have not done.
This place is literally messed up a coffee almost every time I've ordered from there. Whether it's mine or my girlfriend's for the money they charge and the money these people get paid and it's easy as it is to make a coffee it's inexcusable. It's pretty bad when I get better coffee from the place that sells it for a buck then a place that only does coffee. Pretty much done with it.
Went in today through Drive-Thu. Some new Teen is working and was eating donuts in front of customers instead of making my food. I waited 15 mins for my food. I called management and spoke to a very nice Lady Named Sam. She did an amazing job trying to fix my experience and offered a gift card for my next visit.

I apologised very much, and although they were incredibly busy, he treated it gracefully and professionally. Lately, my orders were wrong with many Dunkins, and the employees were less than polite. I think that's why I just missed 'it's wrong. But the Dunkin on Sabattus St is not like most Dunkins I had recently. Kudo's boys and thanks.
