Domino's Pizza - Lewiston

I order once a month or so from this location. you can tell when someone that cares even a little about their job prepares your food. Sometimes the Alfredo is over cooked with a little crispy cheese, sometimes there is way too much butter on the stuffed bread creating a small pool in the box. Tonight though, the service was very fast, all the food (Alfredo, stuffed cheese bread, and ham and sausage pizza) came out very good, hot and tasted amazing. The delivery driver was in great spirits and she finalized the whole experience very well. Good work tonight Dominos!!

I ordered food from here and often never complained. Last night feb 17th, I ordered 3 pizzas 1 pasta. I received my food, and they messed up my order and sent me Alfredo sauce instead of hearty marinara sauce for my pasta. I called and was sent the right one an hour later. The pizza was dry hardly, no sauce, and was very salty. I have no idea if there training someone or what's going on the quality of food is way down. I dare not order again wasted $35.00. I am done ordering out to many bad experiences. The quality of food is not there. there are no standards. I already called to be blown off. I tried to tell them about quality, and if they keep making pizza the way I got it, they are going to lose customers. They were quick to hang up. I already called the store, and they seemed like they did not care. I ordered pizza from here a lot of times other than a few mess ups like mixing up orders bring wrong food everything was taking care of. The minute I talked about food quality, the store was not responsive. They were quick to hang up. Is there a higher-up to call? I dare not call the store. I don't want to feel the same way I did when I called the first time. I felt like I was in a darker place when I called. I hate talking on phones, that's why I use online ordering.

The people at this location have zero respect for the customer I will not be going to this location again one of your employees Tabitha is extremely rude and swore at me and my 16 Year old daughter multiple times over her messing up our order twice. it was just a horrible experience

Another delicious order from them. Thank you. I order chicken, bacon, parm pizza! Always a grand slam from this location!!

These guys work very hard and, in my experience, always get the orders done accurately. Even when they are especially busy they get orders prepared accurately and efficiently.
